In June 2002, the four policy areas employment, social policy, health and consumer affairs were absorbed into one Council configuration, which meets up to four times a year. The first day is dedicated to matters of employment, social policy and consumer affairs, while the second brings together the Health Ministers of the Member States twice a year.
